Volver and Norwegian painter Andreas Siqueland have developed a series of colorful flat weaves Fields & Forests, based on his full-size acrylic paintings.

The Collection is a part of a larger art project Living with It!, where the artist uses his own home as a site of investigation of future living conditions due to the effects of the climate change. In his version of the future, the Nature takes back its original habitat, that we, humans had once taken over.

Leaves & Grass is paraphrasing the poems by Walt Whitman Leaves of Grass. Alike the poems, the design celebrates the bounty of life, praises nature and it´s abundant force.
