The Accounting Act requires us to store transaction data for 5 years, but in order to safeguard the customer's rights in connection with guarantees and complaints under the Purchase Act, the Consumer Purchase Act and NOVOOI's terms of sale, we store purchase history for 10 years.

Delivery partners:

It is not possible for NOVOOI to see your full card number in any of our systems after the purchase has been completed.
