Ying Chu is a Taiwanese artist and jeweler based in Oslo. She was trained as a jeweler in Florence and moved to Norway where she completed her masters, at the Oslo National Academy of Arts.
She creates art jewelry that can be worn in daily life. Every piece is carefully made one by one with dedication. Creating these unique pieces, she wants to celebrate different stories and emotions that each individual carries. Life can be sometimes overwhelming in this hectic era. She wishes her jewelry to be your lifetime companion - bringing you strength, laughter and consolation. She hopes her jewelry can be reminders to slow down and take good care of yourself when it's needed.
