Oslo-based Hallgeir Homstvedt (b. 1977) completed his industrial design studies in Australia before returning to Norway and establishing his own studio in 2009. With a sharp focus on furniture and lighting, he has created timeless designs that have been exhibited all over the world - from Oslo and London to Tokyo.
Throughout his career, Homstvedt has received numerous awards and his work is produced by both Norwegian and international brands such as Stellar Works, Le Klint, Hjelle and Røros Tweed. His aesthetic is characterized by clean lines, functional elegance and an intuitive understanding of materials.
