Driven by a passion for transforming imagination into form, product designer and sculptor Anna Maria Øfstedal Eng combines her intuitive understanding of materials with a creative vision. Her furniture and interior objects blur the boundaries between art and function, challenging traditional norms and redefining the relationship between aesthetics and utility.
She is fascinated by the mysticism, shapes and materials of Norwegian nature, and in the creative process she often allows uncontrollable formations to influence and embellish her work. Her objects can be used both as sculptures and functional objects, where playful, morphing aesthetic expressions are in focus. Each product is unique and carefully handmade in her own workshop in Fjellhamar, Norway.

In her studio in Fjellhamar, Norway, she is constantly developing new ideas for unique sculptural objects in ceramics, wood, stone and metal. Her workshop is open every Wednesday from 10-17 for those who want to buy unique objects directly from the workshop. Anna was awarded the "Artistic Craft of the Year" prize by Bo Bedre Design Award in 2020.
