The material landscape sculptures investigate how geologic materials form and transform micro- and macroenvironments around us. Industrial materials are fused with local ones like the blåleire (local earthenware clay) found underneath the city of Oslo. Each material landscape is unique and the ceramic kiln has a big part in creating the final expression.
