Membership Agreement

Norwegian artisans and brands can apply or be hand-picked to join the Novooi community. By joining, members become part of a curated platform that connects creators with professional buyers and businesses while benefiting from extensive support in logistics, marketing, and promotion.

1. Membership Benefits

  • Inclusion in Novooi’s catalog for professional buyers and consumers.

  • Increased visibility with over 40,000 monthly views on novooi.com and 1,000+ on Instagram Reels.

  • Automatic product imports

  • Plugin integration of orders forwarded to other logistics systems.

  • Digital showroom with bio and up to 20 products, login, overview, self-managed product uploads/ edits.

  • Prepared shipping labels and international customs: All documentation is ready, ensuring smooth and efficient shipping to any destination.

  • Curated editorial content, inspiration and promotion.

  • Invitations to exclusive exhibitions, events, and workshops.

  • Marketing on Google, social media, trade fairs, and relevant publications.

  • Customer support and sales handled by Novooi

2. Sales Commission

  • 10% commission on b2B orders (min. 10 products per order).

  • 25% commission on business-to-consumer (B2C) orders.

3. Additional Services

  • Professional photography (5 product images): 5,000 NOK.

  • Video content (1-2 minute edited film): 10,000 NOK.

  • Editorial text services: 1,200 NOK per hour.

4. Shipping and Returns

  • Novooi operates on a drop-shipping model similar to Etsy or Finn.no. Consumers and businesses buy directly from artisans and brands:

  • Orders are forwarded to vendors, who are responsible for shipping.

  • Novooi provides shipping labels that can be printed out

  • Vendors log in to novooi.no to print shipping labels,

  • Packages are dropped off at a pick-up point, or collected at location.

  • Novooi manages shipping agreements, VAT, and customs codes for international orders.

  • NOVOOI handels returns that are shipped back to our vendors.

5. Payouts for Online Sales

  • Vendors send invoices to Novooi for payout monthly or immediately after shipping products to clients.

  • Automated payout systems will be launched soon.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time with no binding period.

  • Billing cycles will conclude at the end of the current quarterly period unless cancellation is requested beforehand.

7. Terms and Conditions

By signing up, members agree to Novooi’s terms and conditions, which outline responsibilities, platform use, and adherence to community standards.
