Villbrygg means wild brew in Norwegian. They make sparkling and fermented drinks, based on herbs and wild plants, among other things.

Villbrygg is created from a need for exciting non-alcoholic drinks that can be enjoyed the way we enjoy alcohol. They are passionate about making it easier for most people to make good choices, without compromising on experience.

Each drink is carefully composed and made by infusing plants at different times and temperatures to extract the flavours they want. The fermentation process converts sugar into organic acids that provide complex flavours and natural preservation. There is low sugar left in the finished drink that can be enjoyed with good vibes and a clear conscience.

Villbrygg is more than just drinks, they are passionate about using the earth's resources in a smarter way. The ingredients they choose can be plants that some call weeds or for example residues from other production.

They use as many local ingredients materials as possible, and work actively to increase the supply of these by planning crops from with organic farmers, organizing foraging groups and collaborating with urban gardens.

A large part of their time is spent establishing new local food networks so that they can make greater use of the diversity of flavours that exist in Norwegian nature.
