Andreas Engesvik is one of Norway's most recognized designers, known for giving everyday objects a new language. With a rare ability to combine functional minimalism with a poetic sensibility, he has made his mark both in Norway and internationally.
After co-founding Norway Says, Engesvik has run his own studio since 2010, where he continues to challenge what Norwegian design can be. Andreas' design objects range from furniture and lighting to objects and art installations, always with a deep respect for the properties of materials and the needs of people.
He collaborates with iconic brands such as Iittala, Muuto, Fogia, Herman Miller and HAY, and has received several prestigious awards such as the Red Dot Design Award, and "Designer of the Year" by Bo Bedre.
